ZILR exists because production crews deserve better gear. We started by reinventing the HDMI cable — pioneering the hyper-thin, ultra-flexible design that’s now a broadcast standard. The kind of cable that doesn’t fight a follow-focus or kink behind a monitor mount.

Then we tackled power. ZILR was the first to bring USB-C Power Delivery into industry-standard NPF, BPU and V-Lock battery formats. One cable, one universal port — instead of an adapter for every device on the truck.

In 2026, we launched ZIPR — an e-powered production cart designed by the camera ops, grips and AV techs who were tired of moving 300 kilos by hand. And now, with the ZL Series, we’re rewriting what a DMX house light can do: CRI 95, flicker-free, RGBW mixing in three power levels — all running the same control protocol.

Every ZILR product is shaped by real on-set feedback. Nothing in our catalogue is there for marketing. When the camera rolls, you should be thinking about the shot — not your cable, your battery, your cart or your house lights. That’s the backbone of your creativity.
